DYSNOMIA (V1) — The Token Base Class

Last updated:

Evidence scope: The behavior below is from the pinned Solidity source. A source-file hash does not establish deployed bytecode equivalence. Check the selected deployment and caller before sending a transaction.

DYSNOMIA V1 provides ERC-20 balances, internal market rates and MultiOwnable ownership. Derived contracts choose their initialization and additional behavior; do not assume all tokens have identical mint or access rules.

GetMarketRate(token) reads a locally configured pair rate. Purchase and Redeem require a nonzero rate, inventory and the relevant caller balance/allowance. In the shown implementation, Purchase transfers the quoted asset from the caller to this contract and this contract’s tokens back to the caller; Redeem reverses that flow. This does not establish support for every token pair or an external exchange listing.

_mintToCap checks total supply against maxSupply * 10**decimals() and, when below it, mints one token to the contract. It does not fill the remaining capacity. Other mint paths in derived contracts can have different rules; maxSupply is not a universal enforced cap on every mint.

Use these calls here. Simulations preview the current state; each confirmed call is a separate transaction.

MultiOwnable roles are separate from ERC-20 balances. V1 and V2 share several entry points but differ in constructor and initialization behavior. Consult the selected version, subclass and deployment rather than treating them as interchangeable.
