MAP — The World Map

Last updated:

Evidence scope: The behavior below is from the pinned Solidity source. A source-file hash does not establish deployed bytecode equivalence. Check the selected deployment and caller before sending a transaction.

MAP registers one original QING per Asset token and indexes venues by Waat and coordinates. It emits NewQing(Qing, Integrative, Waat) after a successful creation.

  • Discover rooms from NewQing events.
  • Call New(asset) to create the first MAP room for that asset. It rejects an already registered asset, an explicitly forbidden asset, and an asset whose Waat() probe succeeds. It does not require the caller to own the Asset.
  • Use GetQing(waat) or GetMapQing(latitude, longitude) for the corresponding lookup.
  • Forbid(token, state) checks the supplied token’s ownership, rather than whether the caller owns MAP.

Use these calls here. Simulations preview the current state; each confirmed call is a separate transaction.

New obtains Waat = CHO.Luo() * Offset. Luo() reacts to existing contract state and chooses an unused value. There is no token-address coordinate formula in this creation path, so mining a token address does not establish a requested venue location. Coordinate registration asserts that its slot is unused.

The new room’s origin is initial staff. MAP adds CHO as an owner and, when its owner() probe succeeds, also adds the address returned by the Asset. That getter may return the token contract itself; it need not identify a human owner. MAP then removes itself. Initial token metadata is <asset name> QING and q<asset symbol> when both metadata probes succeed.

New checks the stored _forbidden[asset] flag directly. Forbidden(asset) additionally checks WITHOUT held by tx.origin, and QING.Chat uses that broader query. Do not infer that every MAP method applies the same ban check.

See MAP source, CHO.Luo, QING and GWAT. Source fingerprints and deployed runtime evidence are different records.
